About
Elastic Field was founded in 2011 – a free-form music project rooted in ambient, lounge, trip hop, downbeat, jazz, and subtle electronic textures. The sound is reflective, immersive, and emotional – often instrumental, sometimes featuring voice fragments or spoken word passages.
In 2012, the debut album “Non Smokers Nightmare” introduced a world of atmospheric contrasts and sonic minimalism. One year later, the follow-up “Another Non Smokers Nightmare” (2013) deepened that sound – darker, more focused, but equally open and textured.
Now, in 2025, Elastic Field returns – with a series of remixes, new compositions, and a refined sound. While remaining true to its roots, the project embraces modern sonic aesthetics and digital production. It’s a comeback without nostalgia – a new beginning in the same spirit.
